Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions to ZyntraHire are billed, cancelled, and refunded. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to this policy along with our Terms of Service.
1. Subscription billing
- ZyntraHire is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through Razorpay.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, exclude applicable GST.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
- The Free plan is available at no cost and requires no payment or card details.
2. Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from My Organization → Subscription inside the app, or by emailing support@zyntrahire.com.
- On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period — you keep full access until then.
- After the period ends, your account moves to the Free plan. We do not auto-charge you again.
- Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not trigger a refund for the current or past periods (see below).
3. Refunds
- Because access is provided immediately and continuously, subscription fees for the current and previous billing periods are non-refundable, including for partially used periods.
- We do not provide pro-rated refunds for downgrades or for the unused portion of a billing period.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: if you are charged more than once for the same period, or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate/incorrect amount in full.
- Failed activation: if a payment is debited but your subscription is not activated due to a technical fault on our side, we will either activate the plan or issue a full refund.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days (your bank may take additional time to reflect it).
4. Annual plans
Annual subscriptions are paid upfront for the year and are non-refundable once the term has begun, except in the duplicate-charge or failed-activation cases described above. You may cancel an annual plan at any time to stop the next year's renewal.
5. Free trials & promotional offers
Where a free trial or discounted offer is provided, charges begin once the trial or promotional period ends. You can cancel before that point to avoid being charged. Promotional discounts are not exchangeable for cash.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@zyntrahire.com from your registered email with your organization name and the payment reference / Razorpay transaction ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
