Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the ZyntraHire platform and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

ZyntraHire provides recruitment software including an ATS, candidate database, WhatsApp/email/AI screening, interview scheduling, reporting, and related tools. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and your team members' access.

3. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. Prices are in INR and exclude GST unless stated.
The Free plan has no expiry. Paid plans may include a free trial; you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Usage of metered features (e.g. AI parsing, WhatsApp screening, AI calls) is subject to your plan's monthly limits.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use ZyntraHire to send spam or unlawful messages, violate candidates' rights, breach WhatsApp/email provider policies, or infringe any law. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to contact candidates.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI features

AI outputs (parsing, scores, screening summaries) are assistive and may contain errors. You are responsible for final hiring decisions; do not rely on AI output as the sole basis for any decision.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as we improve the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZyntraHire is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may stop using the service anytime. On termination, you can export your data within 30 days.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
